Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance: Purchase, delivery, or installation of KPG Roofings products shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Inspection: Customers must inspect all materials before installation. Products once installed or used will be considered accepted, and no claims for visible defects, wrong model, colour or size variations will be entertained.
3. Natural Variations: Ceramic roof tiles are made from natural clay. Minor variations in colour, shade, texture, size and dimensions (up to ±5%) are normal and are not manufacturing defects.
4. Multi-Colour Series: Designer finishes such as Handy Coral, Antique and other multi-colour series have intentionally random colour patterns. Variation between tiles is normal and cannot be claimed as a defect.
5. Model Verification: Tile model names are marked on the back of the tile or on the packaging. Customers must verify the model before installation.
6. Installation: Roof tiles must be installed as per KPG Roofings’ installation guidelines. KPG Roofings is not responsible for leakage, damage, or losses caused by improper installation, incorrect roof design, or poor workmanship.
7. Transit Breakage: Being a clay product, up to 3% edge breakage/chipping during transportation and handling is considered acceptable. Edge-chipped tiles can generally be used as cutting pieces. Only body-cracked or excessively damaged tiles will be considered for replacement after inspection.
8. Water Absorption: Ceramic roof tiles have a water absorption rate of 3%–6%. Moisture marks on the underside of tiles are normal and should not be treated as leakage. Only manufacturing defects causing water to pass through the tile body qualify for replacement.
9. Returns: Returns are accepted only within 30 days from the invoice date, with prior approval, original invoice, and products in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition.
10. Return Expenses: All loading, unloading, freight, transportation, handling, and other return-related expenses shall be borne by the customer.
11. Original Invoice: The original KPG Roofings GST Invoice is mandatory for all warranty claims, replacements, returns and service requests. No claims will be accepted without the original invoice.
12. Third-Party Purchases: If materials are purchased through an installer, contractor, builder, PMC or any third party, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect and preserve the original KPG Roofings GST Invoice.
13. Warranty: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages caused by improper installation, mishandling, accidents, chemical exposure, structural defects, natural disasters or normal wear and tear.
14. Replacement: Approved claims are limited to replacement of the defective material only. Labour, transportation, installation, dismantling and any consequential costs are not covered.
15. Product Changes: KPG Roofings reserves the right to change or discontinue any product, colour, size or specification without prior notice.
16. Liability: KPG Roofings’ liability, if any, shall be limited to replacement or refund of the defective material only, at the company’s discretion. No indirect or consequential losses shall be compensated.
